Regenerative Blowers
Regenerative blowers have become the aquaculture industry standard when high oxygen, low energy consumption and reliable service are needed. Gast means quality. Gast blowers have only one moving part, the impeller. Since the impeller touches nothing, there is no wear. These blowers do not have any seals and require no lubrication. These blowers have a 3 year warranty, 50 and 60 Hz operation with the same unit, automatic thermal overload protection, UL approved and CSA certified. The units come with a inlet filter, outlet bleed valve and 6’ power cord on models 1 hp or less. Call for replacement air filters.

We recommend this kit for ponds or lakes that are between 2 and 4 acres. This unit produces 7.2 cfm of air flow and draws 7 amps. The kit includes 4 air diffuser platforms, 3/4 hp rotary vane compressor, valved outlets, fittings,, 200’ of airline and clamps. These units are available in 115 volt or 230 volt.
3/4 hp High Volume Rotary Vane Kit

High Pressure Pond Aerator - A60
This rocking piston compressor kit is similar to the 1/4 hp rotary vane kit above (A50) only this unit is capable of much greater operating depth. While the rotary vane unit above is capable of 18’ the piston compressor is capable of operating up to 40’ making it ideal for deep water aeration. This unit is designed for continuous duty and when properly protected will last for years. This unit comes wired 115 volt with 6’ cord. Kit includes compressor, valved outlets, 200’ of airline, 2 diffuser platforms, valved outlets, fittings and clamps. The A60W includes 200’ of weighted tubing.

Deep Water Aeration Kit- A751
This unit is capable of pushing air down to 90’ deep, this system can handle high pressure caused by deep water or long airline runs. Powered by a 3/4 hp piston compressor, this kit includes 3 diffuser platforms, valve manifold, 600’ of airline, fittings and clamps. CFM output is 5.1. The unit comes either 115 volt or 230 volt.
