12 Volt Diaphragm Compressor -DC20
This compressor is great for the customer who needs a portable model that is built for high volume and low pressure aeration applications. The customer can choose between the DC20 which is a single unit or the DC40 which is a double unit. The DC20 will support up to 400lbs of fish and the DC40 will support up to 800lbs of fish. Both units come equipped with 2’ of 3/8” outlet hose,
inlet filters and 9” pigtails. Both models also feature: replaceable brushes, ball bearings and long life diaphragm.
Repair kits are available for both models.

BA Aeration Systems
Our BA Pond Aeration Systems are complete and ready to go packages that include everything you need; lockable heavy duty cabinet, rocking piston compressor, diffuser manifolds, 6’ power cord, GFCI receptacle, 100 foot of weighted airline. This system requires no bricks to hold the airline to the bottom of the pond; just lay it out and walk away.
The sound reducing ventilated, weatherproof, heavy duty cabinet is easily installed on a post, pier or boathouse. Instructions are included. The BA2 comes with 200’ of weighted airline and two diffuser manifolds.
BA1 will aerate 1/8 acre 3-5 feet deep; 1/4 acre 5-9 feet deep; 1/2 acre 9-12 feet deep; 1 acre 12-15 feet deep; 1.5 acre 15-20 feet deep.
BA2 will aerate 1/4 acre 3-5 feet deep; 1/2 acre 5-9 feet deep; 1 acre 9-12 feet deep; 2 acres 12-15 feet deep; 3 acres 15-20 feet deep.

Rotary Vane Compressors
These long lasting compressors are designed for continuous use. They offer less depth than piston compressors but offer more air. These medium pressure, oil- free compressors are excellent for pond and lake aeration and de-icing. The
carbon vanes self adjust to maintain maximum efficiency and are easily replaced when worn out. All models have a maximum operating depth of 18’. All units come with a air filter, 7’ power cord, and a one year warranty. Air outlets and fan cooled steel cabinets are available for these units.

Rocking Piston Compressor
Oil-less rocking piston compressors are a great choice for continuous operation
applications like aeration because they have high pressure capability but operate
at lower rpm’s so they run cooler, use less electricity and run quieter than similar
compressors.

Linear Piston Compressor -L28
These compressors are quiet, energy efficient, weatherproof and durable. They are so durable
they have a 3 year warranty. These models use a small piston to pump air. These units
operate on electromagnetic oscillation which eliminates sliding parts, thereby maximizing
efficiency and providing longer motor life. It is not uncommon for these units to last 7 to 9
years.

Regenerative Blowers
Regenerative blowers have become the aquaculture industry standard when high
oxygen, low energy consumption and reliable service are needed. Gast means
quality. Gast blowers have only one moving part, the impeller. Since the impeller
touches nothing, there is no wear. These blowers do not have any seals and require
no lubrication. These blowers have a 3 year warranty, 50 and 60 Hz operation with
the same unit, automatic thermal overload protection, UL approved and CSA
certified. The units come with a inlet filter, outlet bleed valve and 6’ power cord on
models 1 hp or less.
