Ultra Fine Bubble Ceramic Plate Diffusers
One of the simplest ways to introduce gases such as oxygen or carbon dioxide, in water is to introduce it as ultra-fine bubbles. This diffuser produces a cloud of ultra fine bubbles, 100 to 500 micron in size. A minimum of 25 psi is required for operating. The diffusers are set in an enamel coated aluminum tray. The operating range is 25 to 50 psi.

Wedge-Lock Diffusers

The Wedge-Lock diffuser system is a modular system of diffusers that snap together to form a bank of up to eight diffusers with only two ends. The ceramic diffusers are bedded in rugged thermoplastic frames. Each diffuser measures 5.5”x6.6” and has a 1/4” brass inlet. Maximum flow is 1.6 cfm.

Bio-Weave diffuser hose
Bio-Weave diffuser hose is a good choice in aeration equipment when durability is essential. This self-weighted diffuser hose is made of a strong durable woven material designed to last for several years. Bio-Weave is great for use in hauling tanks and culture tanks. Bio-Weave has a operating range of 0.2 to 0.6 cfm per foot. It is easy to bend and requires no device to hold it in place. It has a 1/4” barb on the end.

Generation 2 Diffusers
The Generation 2 diffuser is a glass bonded diffuser that is resistant to clogging. Generation 2 diffusers give the flexability of changing their air fittings in the field. All diffusers have 1/8” fnpt threads that accept mnpt fittings either straight or elbow.

Rubber Membrane Air Diffusers
These EPDM rubber air diffusers are incredibly strong and are ideal for pond aeration, circulation, and destratifying applications. Unlike airstones these diffusers are easy to clean, EPDM membrane cleans much better than porous air stones. In testing these diffusers produce a slightly larger air bubble than silica air stones.
